Sensei Jason starting his martial arts career at the tender age of 3 years old. He started training in Hapkido Karate because his father ran a martial arts program.
When Jason was 14 years old he decided he wanted to expand his knowledge in the world of martial arts. He Joined Kiichi-Sai and made his Judo debut. He trained and competed at a provincial level and was a member of the Ontario Judo team. Jason competed at many national and international tournaments throughout North America. Jason competed in the 1996 Canadian open Jujitsu championship where he received a 3rd place medal. Jason has continued to expand his knowledge in many different styles of martial arts including Judo, Jujitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing and Wrestling. Jason considers himself a “jack of all trades” in the martial arts world but a master of none! .
